In here, you will find details of the club and our activities.

We are a small club, based at Heanor Leisure Centre in Derbyshire for over thirty years.
We meet on Monday and Friday evenings when club members follow a Development Programme which is based on both Speed and Lifesaving skills. All youngsters achievements are monitored and recorded in their own personal Record of Achievement.
Members are coached by a group of enthusiastic adult volunteers who have gained formal qualifications in the relevant Lifesaving disciplines.

Members are given the opportunity to gain Lifesaving qualifications, and to compete against other clubs up to national standard.

In the summer months we try to give our members opportunities to participate in Open Water events, hosted by other clubs, or by the RLSS.
